Paul Bowen – one of the leading advocates of virtual currency in the UK – will teach developers how to make money on Android at the F2P Summit next month.

In his presentation – Making Money on Android: Numbers from the Field – Bowen will unveil techniques and tips on how to maximise revenues from Android development as well as dig deeper by sharing case studies from recipients of Tapjoy’s $5 million Android Fund, which supports developers porting games to Android.

Additionally, the company will be releasing Street Fighter X Tekken, an all-new standalone product that features action-packed long-term DLC support, new characters on the PS®Vita and even an upcoming fighting competition reality show Cross Assault!

DA CHIP project started back in 2008 as an open competition organised on the 8bitcollective website by two french artists,Je deviens dj en 3 jours and Zombectro.

Over the past decade or so, chiptunes have grown into a full fledge genre, with major producers incorporating the 8bit sound into their releases and it’s that worldwide crew that came together to produce Da Chip, a compilation of Daft Punk covers done chiptune style. Check it out Below

Karol Bak was born in 1961 in Kolo, Poland and from 1984 to 1989 he studied at the State School of Fine Arts (now ASP) in Poznan, at the Graphic Art Department. As of 2000 he has been engaged painting professionally using oil on canvas and often works on a few other paintings at the same time.

As you will see below, the main theme of his paintings is a women’s beauty. Much of his works were inspired by mythology. Karol’s works combine the following subject cycles as: “Sailing-ship”, “Dialogs”, “Cocoons”, “Aureoles”, “Four elements”, “Judyta and Salome”. Bak’s paintings are currently displayed on the following exhibitions:

For this Madlib, whose work thrives on a freestyle cut & paste, sometimes blurring the lines between original work and DJ mixing, there was little time or patience for the bullshit norms of the music industry.

All bullshit aside, the series became 13 releases, plus a few extra cuts of vinyl, and took nearly twice as long as expected. Even though, some records got shafted, a few other projects took hold, some of the listeners lost track, while many others like myself stayed for the whole trip and here is one of my favorite tracks!
